How Water Remediation Services Work

Complete Water Removal

We extract standing water from floors, drywall, and ceilings. Additional extraction methods may be necessary for other items such as furniture or personal belongings.

Testing & Assessment

Using equipment such as moisture meters and thermal imaging,  we'll take accurate moisture level readings that will identify areas affected by water, whether visible or hidden.

Content Removal

We'll remove any structural components or damaged materials affected by the water exposure, such as drywall, baseboards, floors, cabinets, crown molding, ceilings, or insulation.

Cleaning

Cleaning of the affected areas may require vacuuming or disinfecting to further remove damage or to prevent additional damage.

Drying

Drying of the affected area usually takes several days and includes the use of specialized equipment, such as heavy-duty air movers, dehumidfying equipment, floor air filitration, or heaters.
